**** 5 CORAL BERRY SEEDS ****
Coral Berry is a compact, deciduous, spreading hybrid shrub. Displaying small, bell-shaped light pink flowers in the summer, it then displays an abundance of rose-pink fruit showing colors already in July. These masses of pinkish-purple berries line each branch in autumn.
This CORAL BERRY fruits mature to a deep claret in autumn and may be retained well into winter. Its berries are dramatic against very dark green foliage and even more remarkable in snow.
Use as a specimen, in groups, and on banks for erosion control. It is often planted over large areas of slopes or banks as a hardy ground cover. Coral Berry is also mildew resistant.
This Coral berry is easily grown in average, medium wet, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade. Coral berry tolerates a wide range of soils. Remove root suckers and runners to control any unwanted invasive spread of the plant.
